Why Sevens Lacrosse?

One-stop shop for complete athlete training.

Structured and documented training that accelerates player development. Sevens Lacrosse prepares players to become complete athletes who are ready to meet the demands of the sport and play competitively long term.

Players who join Sevens Lacrosse are evaluated and placed into our proprietary 7s Player Progression System [7s PPS]. This structured approach makes it easy for coaches, parents, and players to understand how the athlete is progressing, what the next priority is, and how the training plan is being adjusted.

Our reporting system tracks the player's skill level and outlines the training plan. The plan is comprehensive, personalized, and constantly adjusted based on the player's commitment, progress, and training consistency.

Personalized Lacrosse Training

7s Lacrosse offers private, small group, lacrosse performance, and online training for youth and high school players who want to improve their skills, athleticism, confidence, and understanding of the game.
